Digital PDF documents, personalized from the answers you give in our questionnaire. Basic contains one PDF; Premium contains four. Page counts are approximate and depend on your answers.
Your files are generated after payment and sent to the email address you provide, normally within minutes. If the email does not arrive within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then write to hello@kindplans.com – we will resend it.
Prices are shown in US dollars before tax. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where it applies. Payment is a one-time charge; there is no subscription.
Your plans are digital files that are generated for you and delivered within minutes of your purchase. Because delivery is immediate and the files cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We tell you this before you buy, on the offer page and at checkout. If a file cannot be delivered or does not open, write to hello@kindplans.com and we will fix the problem or resend the files.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and never reach our servers. The charge appears on your statement as KINDPLANS.COM.
If you live in a country that grants a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, that right does not apply to digital content once delivery has started with your express consent. At checkout you confirm that you want your PDFs delivered immediately and that your statutory right of withdrawal ends as a result.
The documents provide general information for the weeks after birth. They are not medical advice, do not diagnose or treat any condition, and do not replace care from your doctor, midwife, or your baby’s pediatrician. In an emergency, call 911.
You may download, print and use the files for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute them.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the state or country where you live remain unaffected.
